More than 30 years of experience

A certified HVAC technician, I served for more than 20 years as a school Facilities Director, leading more than 40 employees in maintaining, landscaping, cleaning and repairing four high schools and sports facilities. My experience also includes roles as a Facilities Director at the Sequoia and Kings National Parks in California, where I planned and executed maintenance at three lodges and restaurants, and as a school Construction Superintendent, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects. I also remodel and repair my own homes, including roofs, drywall, painting, flooring, decks and appliance installation.
